jiliv Casino Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jiliv," "we," "us," "our" — refers to jiliv Casino Philippines, the operator of the gaming platform accessible at jiliv.cam, licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "Player," "you," "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account on the jiliv platform or accesses any jiliv service.
• "Platform" — refers to the website jiliv.cam, all its subdomains, mobile-optimized versions, and any associated applications or services operated by jiliv.
• "Account" — refers to the unique registered profile created by a Player on the jiliv platform.
• "Real Money Balance" — refers to funds deposited by the Player and held in their jiliv wallet, exclusive of any bonus funds.
• "Bonus Balance" — refers to promotional credits awarded by jiliv subject to wagering requirements as specified in individual promotion terms.
• "PAGCOR" — refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing jiliv's gaming license.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jiliv platform, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with jiliv's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jiliv platform and, if applicable, request account closure through the support team.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jiliv under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Your continued use of the jiliv platform following any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active jiliv account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR licensing conditions.
2. You are a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal structure.
3. You are physically located within the Philippines at the time of accessing jiliv services, unless jiliv has explicitly made services available in your location.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of jiliv or any affiliated entity, game provider, or payment processor partnered with jiliv.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from jiliv or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
6. Your use of the jiliv platform does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or court order applicable to you personally.

jiliv reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility, including a government-issued ID, at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension.

4. Account Registration

Each Player may register and maintain only one (1) jiliv account. Registration of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, IP addresses, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine address, and valid contact details. Any material misrepresentation in your registration data constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiliv login credentials. You must not share your account with any third party, nor allow any other person to access or operate your account on your behalf. jiliv accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

You must notify jiliv immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or believe your login credentials have been compromised.

5. Deposits & Payments

jiliv accepts deposits exclusively through the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of transaction, which include but are not limited to GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made on your behalf by another individual or entity — are strictly prohibited. Any funds identified as originating from a third party may be confiscated and the account suspended pending investigation.

The minimum deposit amount at jiliv is Philippine Peso One Hundred (PHP 100.00). Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account verification level, and are displayed in the cashier interface at the time of deposit.

Deposits are subject to Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks in compliance with Philippine financial regulations. jiliv reserves the right to hold or refuse deposits pending satisfactory completion of these checks.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account in your name. jiliv does not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts under any circumstances.

Before processing any withdrawal, jiliv may require you to complete identity verification (KYC), including submission of a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address dated within three months, and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) hour; bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours on banking days. jiliv does not guarantee processing within these timeframes and accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party financial institutions.

jiliv reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse a withdrawal request if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, and promotional credits offered by jiliv are subject to specific Terms and Conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated in promotion terms:

• Bonus funds must be wagered at least thirty (30) times before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are valid for fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of credit. Unused or unconverted bonus balances will expire automatically at the end of this period.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time.
• Certain game categories may contribute less than 100% toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• jiliv reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Any attempt to exploit bonus mechanics through systematic wagering patterns, bonus stacking, or collusion with other players constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance, associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

8. Gaming Rules

All games offered on the jiliv platform are governed by individual game rules made available within each game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with applicable game rules before placing a wager.

Game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or by live dealer processes conducted under studio conditions subject to regulatory oversight. jiliv does not manipulate game outcomes and published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages reflect accurate long-term statistical expectations.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game round, jiliv's decision on the resolution of affected bets shall be final. Where a game round cannot be determined due to a technical failure, all wagers placed in the affected round will be refunded to the Player's account.

Bets placed on erroneous odds, clearly incorrect pricing, or following a manifest error by jiliv may be voided at jiliv's discretion. jiliv will not honor bets that were placed with the knowledge that stated odds, rules, or game information contained an error.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiliv platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technological means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or promotion.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other format to manipulate outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including proceeds of crime, terrorism financing, or money laundering.
• Accessing the jiliv platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software, algorithm, or system underlying the jiliv platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification, or any interaction with jiliv staff.

Detection of prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, reporting to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities, and civil or criminal proceedings where appropriate.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

jiliv reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms is identified or suspected.
• Fraudulent, suspicious, or irregular activity is detected on the account.
• The account is subject to a chargeback, dispute, or reversal initiated by the Player through a payment provider.
• A regulatory directive, court order, or law enforcement request requires account restriction.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion under jiliv's Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is closed due to a Player breach of these Terms, jiliv reserves the right to withhold all bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds. Real money balances not subject to dispute may be returned to the Player following completion of any applicable investigation, at jiliv's discretion.

11. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from jiliv for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure.

The minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines is 21 years. jiliv enforces this requirement strictly. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately closed and all deposits refunded, with no winnings paid. jiliv cooperates fully with PAGCOR in the enforcement of age restriction requirements.

12. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jiliv platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jiliv content without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of jiliv intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jiliv's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jiliv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm, arising from your use or inability to use the jiliv platform, regardless of the basis of the claim.

jiliv does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability. jiliv accepts no liability for losses attributable to platform unavailability caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

jiliv collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines. By creating an account at jiliv, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

jiliv does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, law enforcement authorities, and regulated service providers (such as payment processors and identity verification services) as required by law or necessary for platform operation.

You may exercise your data subject rights under Philippine law, including the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances, erase your personal data held by jiliv, by contacting [email protected].

15. Amendments to These Terms

jiliv reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address registered on the account and/or via a prominent notice on the jiliv platform, no less than seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the jiliv platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using jiliv and may request account closure.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute between you and jiliv arising from these Terms or your use of the jiliv platform shall first be submitted to jiliv's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. jiliv will respond to all formal complaints within ten (10) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through jiliv's internal process within thirty (30) calendar days of formal submission, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR for arbitration in accordance with its applicable dispute resolution procedures. The decision of PAGCOR in any such matter shall be final and binding on both parties.

The courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above processes.
